Dr. Asrani is Professor of Ophthalmology at Duke University and Director of the Duke Eye Center of Cary and the Duke Glaucoma OCT Reading Center.
Dr. Asrani is the recipient of numerous awards, including the Career Development Award from Research to Prevent Blindness, Inc, the Helen Keller Award from the American Glaucoma Society, the Senior Achievement and the Secretariat Awards from the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
Dr. Asrani has over 100 peer reviewed publications and serves on the editorial board of Journal of Glaucoma, Advances in Therapy, and Ophthalmology and Therapeutics.
He has developed a new glaucoma implant and a new software for OCT for glaucoma diagnosis

Professor Wong is a senior consultant in the Glaucoma Service at the Singapore National Eye Centre, and the current Vice Chair in Faculty and Professional Development for Ophthalmology at Duke NUS.
She is also the Director of Clinical Translational Research and co-Head of the Ocular Therapeutics and Drug Delivery Group at the Singapore Eye Research Institute.
Professor Wong has a specialist interest in ocular scarring and post glaucoma surgery management.
She leads an inter-disciplinary research programme ontranslational and clinical research on developing new therapeutics as well as drug repurposing and sustained drug delivery systems aimed at improving patient adherence and surgical outcomes.
